An experienced manager, Matt manages the external partner and supplier relationships that keep our firm ticking smoothly.
Background:
Matt joined our business in 2008 shortly after graduating with a law degree from the University of Sheffield. Deciding on a legal career for its intellectual challenge, he specialised in personal injury as a way of helping others who needed representation.
Skills:
Matt's experience in a number of key operational roles with our advice brand National Accident Helpline enabled him to make an easy transfer across the group to National Accident Law, our legal practice.
Matt brings with him a forensic legal mindset and an eye for detail that helps ensure that all the external operational relationships we need work smoothly and always to a high standard.
Matt's role:
Matt is responsible for delivering ongoing improvements to operational performance through managing resource from across Operations, Learning and Development, MI and IT teams. Through taking ownership of designing solutions and supporting the roll out of these changes, Matt drives a more efficient and cost effective journey for NAL users.
Outside the office:
Kettering born and bred, Matt's a big football fan. He not only watches the beautiful game but plays it too in his spare time.
