An experienced legal operations manager, Kelly ensures we deliver the level of clear, effective service our customers expect to receive.
Background:
Earning a first-class degree in Law from the University of Johannesburg, followed by an LLB Law degree from the University of Northampton, Kelly joined the business in 2010 as a Legal Service Advisor.
With many years' experience in personal injury law operations, she has an excellent grasp of how legal firms work efficiently at a business level.
Skills:
Kelly developed her legal business skills in working for our personal injury advice brand, National Accident Helpline, for many years. These skills are vital to our business.
Kelly's role:
It's Kelly's job to ensure that our firm operates in compliance with all the rules of professional conduct set by our regulator - the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) - the rules that apply to all law firms working in England and Wales.
Kelly makes sure we embrace the spirit as well as the letter of the law, ensuring our customers are always in the most capable and ethical hands.
Outside the office:
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Kelly moved to Northamptonshire in 2009. She enjoys spending time with her family – which often involves freezing on the side of a football pitch, watching her two sons play, or going on muddy walks collecting 'good sticks'!
